What you will need to know
For the safekeeping of your luggage you will need to have in your possession your ID or passport. Your details will be requested by the employee of the service to complement the safe keeping form. On the form there will be a unique serial number with your details, the date and hour of the luggage given to the employee and you will be given your safe keeping receipt.
For the delivery of your luggage the receipt is needed.
The employee has the right not to receive a luggage. See general terms and conditions.
